SHIPPING POLICY

At Heartland Hats, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping information below.

PROCESSING TIME Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States)

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total and selected shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to 27 countries worldwide including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, and throughout Europe.

Available carriers:

  • USPS: Standard international delivery
  • DHL Express: Expedited international delivery

Shipping Countries: Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Denmark, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Luxembourg

International Delivery Times: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.

Important: As of August 29, 2025, all shipments to the United States are subject to duties and import taxes regardless of value.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at gear@heartland-hats.com.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at gear@heartland-hats.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
